Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

- WB Permit (Budget Option); Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages; 24/7 access to West Campus surface lots (WB/WC spaces); Shuttle service provided to the medical center; $15.67/month
- CXS Permit; Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages; 24/7 access to Buckeye (CX) and West Campus surface lots; $31.42/month;

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Can not apply to any Ohio State University facilities, if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.
