Required Skills / Experience: 2 years in OB with L&D experience.
Labor and Delivery competent
Preferred Skills / Experience: Critical access hospital experience
Required Credentials: Advanced NRP
Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio – We try to adhere to AWHONN guidelines
Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Shift & Scheduling: Day / Night Variables
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed - If on nights, Friday/Saturday. If scheduled Days, Saturday/Sunday
Holiday Rotation
No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. May be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.
Floating Requirements: OB and L&D - Could potentially float to Med/Surg, ER or ICU for tasks if/as needed(vital signs, answer lights, complete a patient history). No patient assignment and No isolation rooms.
May also need to float to other Aspirus locations in the Southern region if needed.
