Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of cardiac rhythms and surgical patients
• Chest tube management, epidurals
• Cardiac telemetry, chest tubes, cardiac drips (NTG, Cardizem, Amiodarone), post cath patients, post-surgical patients including open heart, lung, general surgery, and post-op orthopedic patients that require cardiac monitoring
• Typical procedures performed on unit: post cardiac cath, EP studies, device placements, groin management, chest tubes, post-op surgical patients, critical drips, epidurals, PCA

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts

Floating Requirements:

• ICU taking PCU type patients, PCU, Med-surg (taking 5 patients)
