Required Skills/Experience:
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes – if they have had Home Health experience as a nurse.
- Homecare Homebase charting experience is required, Oasis, hospice philosophy, infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, PICC line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Home Health experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: ASN/BSN
Special Requests: RTO: Manager approval
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri
- Weekend Rotation: Weekends are dependent on needs and is discussed during interview.
- Holiday Requirements: Holidays are dependent on needs and is discussed during interview.
