Additional Details:
Required skills/experience: 2 years of Hospice experience needed. End of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage.
Preferred skills/experience: Will accept a first-time traveler if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience.
Required credentials: Valid DL and insurance
Shift & schedule requirements: M-F
Floating requirements: Anywhere within the counties. Servicing North Milwaukee and the counties of Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson
