Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have Med-Surg/inpatient rehab experience. 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience: med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity
Required Credentials: Must have a minimum 13 weeks epic experience
Shift & Scheduling: • Weekend Hours: every other weekend and holiday rotations • Call Requirements: yes 30-minute breaks are mandatory unless approved by the supervisor. Staff must clock out for 30 minutes each shift. Staff will have (2)- 15 minute paid breaks for a 12-hour shift. Staff are not permitted to stay past their shift end time unless approved by the house supervisor.
Floating Requirements: no, not currently. May be required to float to a satellite IRF facility within 20 mins in the near future.
