Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 5+ years of Staff Nurse experience including Charge Nurse responsibilities at an acute care facility
Leadership experience
Must be able to demonstrate the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to oversee the provision of care to patients ranging in age from infancy to geriatrics.
Required Credentials: Education: Nursing degree
Preferred Credentials: Education: Diploma, ASN, or BSN
Unit / Facility Details: Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Special Requests: Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting (within 48 hours of offer). 2 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it’s within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.
Shift & Scheduling: D/N Rotation
Every Other Weekend
Every Other Holiday.
