An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer travel experience but will consider strong candidates without.
Required Credentials:
• Required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
• RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated
• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: 2-3 Holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years.
Floating Requirements: Float to other medical surgical areas or units with MedSurg patients waiting for a MedSurg bed.
