Required Skills: IV therapy, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Respiratory/Thoracic, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Work Settings, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Genitourinary/Renal, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Medications, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Cardiovascular, Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Neurological, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Gastrointestinal, GI surgery, Professional Topics and Skills, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Endocrine/Metabolic, IV insulin protocols
Preferred Skills / Experience: Preferred Skills: Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Sheath Removal, External ventricular drain (EVD), ICP monitoring, Lumbar drains
Required Credentials: Apex Innovation, Blue Cloud, and AACME NIH certifications are acceptable for the 3.0 CE hour requirement

- WMC Agency Permit (Most Convenient Option): 24/7 access to Wexner Medical Center Garage (guaranteed availability). $215.20/month, $716.62 per 100-day permit
- WB Permit (Budget Option): Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages; 24/7 access to West Campus surface lots (WB/WC spaces). Shuttle service provided to the medical center. $15.67/month.
- CXS Permit: Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages. 24/7 access to Buckeye (CX) and West Campus surface lots. $31.42/month

Special Requests: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Can not apply to any Ohio State University facilities, if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Position
Weekend Days Sat/Sun and +one during week
Floating Requirement: Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:
• Neuro ICU
• Surgical ICUs
• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
• Cardiology/Diagnostics
• CVICU
• SICU / MICU / NCCU
