Labs must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
Required Skills/Experience 2+ years in pain management and Interventional Radiology. Staff required to wear lead.
• Vascular Studies/Procedures, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Radiation and Laser Safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
Special Requests RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
• International Candidates: must obtain SSN/SSC prior to submission. Cook's HR does not allow SSN/SSC to be pending at start, even with proof of application.
Shift & Scheduling On call rotation assigned on week basis M-F, 12am-8am. Weekends and holidays 24Hrs. On call is rotated through all nurses. No holidays except for on call. Occasional weekend day needed 8a-4:30p. Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month.
Floating Requirements Travelers will float within the Radiology and Pain departments. Cook is a MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
