• Has to have strong PCU exp minimum 2 years
• Required Skills: Renal failure, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy care/management, Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Feeding tube care and management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram*, Post MI*, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath*, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery*, TR Band*, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management*, Titrate Cardiac drips*, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Traumatic Brain injury, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)*.
