Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 3 years of Home Hospice or Home Health experience. Wound care, dressing changes, wounds vacs (wounds must be photographed and measured weekly), drains (Pleurex, nephrostomy, foley) care coordination, end of life care/planning, pain/symptom management, triage, education to patient/family.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday. As scheduled.
Floating Requirements: Coverage territory includes, but is not limited to, the towns of Lynwood, Calumet, Calumet City, Calumet Park, Riverdale, and Dolton.
