Additional Details:
Required Skills and Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in acute care settings in Risk Management and/or Patient Safety Department. At least 1 of the 2 years in a California hospital.
Required Credentials: CPPS or CPHRM cert. BLS must be AHA, ARC, CHS or Military.
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Floating between facilities may be required between San Diego & San Diego Zion. May be asked to float to lower acuities.
