Required Skills/Experience: Zero (0) - six (6) months of related experience. Working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.

Required Credentials: Completion of basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.

Preferred Credentials: Cupid experience preferred (Muskogee).

Shift & Scheduling: Weekday call is from 1730 to 2100. Weekend call is from 0700-2100 30min max response time. Call is up to 8 days/month.
