Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th). Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

Required Skills/Experience: Utilization Management experience required. Discharge planning experience required. Must have Acute Care Case Management experience. Minimum of 3+ years working in one location

Unit Details: Coverage for inpatient medical/surgical patients. Adult patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: No rotating shifts.

Special Requests: No block scheduling for any travelers at Salem.
