Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).
Required Skills/Experience: Care management/discharge planning experience required; behavioral experience does not count.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Credentials: Case management certification preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with the network; if a former employee, must have left in good status.
Unit Details: Adult patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend. Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Floating Requirements: May float between units per unit needs and based on skill set. May float to Providence facilities in Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. If floating to Seaside for consecutive shifts, a hotel will be offered. As much notice as possible will be given when floating to Seaside.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
