Required Skills/Experience:

• C-section experience required: scrub, recovery, and circulate experience required for L&D.

Special Requests:

• Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details:

• Ratios: 1:1 close to delivery, 1:2 otherwise, 1:4 couplets on postpartum.
• Uses Obix fetal monitoring.
• Delivers down to 23 weeks; some high-risk antepartum and HTN patients. Known cardiac abnormalities are transferred out. No in-house OB/neonatologist currently; perinatology support available.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.
• Weekend requirement: 4 shifts in a 4-week period.
• No call.
• Holiday requirement: 1 major and 1 minor holiday. Major RN holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day.

Floating Requirements:

• First to float.
• L&D to postpartum. Postpartum does not float unless NICU background for feeder/grower patients. Typically do not work interchangeably.
