Required Skills/Experience: Travelers must have recovery and postpartum experience.

Required Credentials: Clinicians who obtained an RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold a MO, IL, or Compact license require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Preferred Credentials: AWHONN Advanced preferred.

Special Requests: No local candidates accepted within 75 miles. No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Unit Details: LDRP setting. Pregnant women and babies, including neonate, infant, adolescent, and adult patient populations. Level IIE nursery; keeps high-risk patients 30 weeks and greater, as well as babies needing assisted ventilation. We follow AWHONN guidelines for staffing ratio. It is dependent upon what stage of labor or induction method the patient is on. Postpartum is 1: 3-4 couplets.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. No call. RTO: no more than 7 days within contract.

Floating Requirements: Required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as needed.
