Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• LTAC Experience
• Teaching Hospital Experience
• Previous Charge Experience

Special Requests: Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend, 50% of Holidays
• Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
• The ability to work the substantial time of the assigned shift
• The ability to take call
• The ability to work assigned weekends.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
