Our Host

The Handoff is hosted by Dr. Nurse Dan Weberg, the Head of Clinical Innovation at Trusted Health, and an expert in nursing, healthcare innovation and human-centered patient design. Dan is a veteran of Kaiser Permanente, where he held executive roles in nursing innovation, research, and technology strategy, and was part of the founding faculty for the new Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine. He has been a faculty member in the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University and Arizona State University, and is the author of two dozen peer-reviewed articles and four textbooks. His clinical background is in Emergency and Trauma nursing at Level 1 trauma centers in California and Arizona.
