If you have a Trusted profile but haven’t heard about our referral program, it’s time you learned all about it!
In short: You can earn $1000 for each friend you invite to Trusted who works 400 hours with us. There’s no limit to how many friends you invite, and it’s not a requirement for you to have worked with Trusted to qualify (you simply need to have your own free profile).
What Is Trusted’s Referral Program?
It’s simple. On your Trusted profile, you have access to your very own referral link. Your custom referral link can be shared with other nurses looking for travel roles. We know you know the best nurses out there — you have the opportunity to not only help friends land great nursing assignments, but you can also earn $1,000 for each completed referral.
Why Share Your Link?
Because hospitals and other medical facilities are experiencing some of the greatest shortages in nursing staff that our country has ever seen, and anything we (Trusted and our community of nurses) can do to help get nurses the roles they want in facilities that need them the most is critical.
There are many ways to share: copy and paste your unique link; send a text or an email; or, reach out through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp!
How Does the Referral Program Work?
If a nurse new to Trusted uses your link to create a Trusted profile, sign a contract, and work for at least 400 hours, you earn $1,000. Oh, and there’s no limit to the number of nurses you can share your link with.
It’s a win-win-win: the facility fills a much-needed role, the nurse looking for a job gets one, and the referring nurse (YOU) get a reward for your help making it all happen!

You can find your own unique referral link on the right side of your Trusted profile dashboard. So, be sure to grab your link, and let your friends and colleagues know about some of these awesome opportunities!
