Britt is a seasoned nurse with a decade of experience spanning Adult Step-Down, Palliative/Hospice, PICU, CV-PICU, and COVID ICU. Britt's journey as a traveler for five years allows for shared perspective, making her an invaluable asset to the Trusted family. Her role as the Trusted Community leader isn't just a title; it's an embodiment of her passion and commitment to supporting fellow travelers.
Britt shares, “I view our Community Team as a lifeline for our clinicians. Every day, we aim to be that comforting presence, whether it's by sharing resources, offering a listening ear during tough times, or celebrating the small victories. I've been in those shoes - spending holidays alone, grappling with time zones while on the night shift, and facing the unparalleled challenges of the COVID era. My mission is to ensure that no member ever feels isolated or undervalued. We're here, always, to uplift and support.”
