She has over 20 years of experience working in the psychiatric field and is the owner/operator of Turbo Health Associates, a healthcare consulting firm. She is the Mental Health Educator and PMDB Program Coordinator for a VA Medical Center. Ms. Smith’s career goal is to develop and integrate a standardized mental healthcare treatment model. She is passionate about education, raising awareness for mental health issues, and eradicating stigma.
