Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ONS (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Preferred or nice to have: Step down experience, we use lots of standing orders (fluid bolus, first fever) and very acute hematology pts.

Type of equipment – tele, bladder scanner, alaris pump and alaris PCA

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Lumbar puncture, bone marrow biopsies with conscious sedation and no sedation. Thoracentesis.
