Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Previous Employment Requirements: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience: robotic experience, scrub nurse experience helpful.

Unit/Facility Details: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license - for submission.

Special Requests: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating Shifts: 4x10 hr shifts: 0900-1900 or 1000-2000 - flexible based on volumes in the OR; Call: based on department needs - currently at 1-2 nights during the week days and every 4th weekend; Holiday: call hours - rotating with regular staff.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
