Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is required from any number of months.
Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Patient Ratios: Weekends: 1/2

Travelers will work 5 days could be Monday-Friday or could be Friday-Tuesday

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Daily Census: 30

Patient Diagnoses: wide range of diagnoses ortho to neuro, pulmonary, etc.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Total joint patients, Pacemaker and stents

2 years experience in service line required
