All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Required 4 Shifts Per Contract, On-Call based on needs. 30 min response time. Call shifts can average 10 shifts within a 6-week period, which includes one weekend of call. The numbers of call shifts vary dependent on the number of nurses within the call cycle.
Special Requests: Block Scheduling Per manager discretion
Types of Patients on Unit: Adults, Geriatrics
Unit Details: Beds: 4 Daily Census 3 scheduled cases up to 9 cases a day with ER
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: ST elevated MIs. Non-ST elevated Mis. Chest Pain. Takotsubo syndrome. Cardiomyapathy. Arrhtmias to include complete heart block, SVTs and Ventricular rhythms. Embolic and hemorrhagic strokes. Peripheral vascular diseases. PROCEDURES: LHC. RHC. Coronary angiograms. Coil and sphere embolizations for stroke. PTCA. Angioplasty. Intra-aortic balloon pump placement. Electrophysiological studies and electrophysiological arrythmia ablations. Visceral angioplasty. Intra-vascular ultrasound.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Meds used Nitro. Epinephrine. Neosynephrine. Norepinephrine. TPA. Lasix. Isuprel
Equipment Used on Unit: Acist injector for contrast. Intravascular ultrasound. Fractional flow reserve gradiant measurement system. Phillips hymodynamic monitoring system. Penumbra thrombectomy device. Impella left ventricular assist device. Intra-aortic balloon pump. Rotoblator atherectomy device.
Required Credentials: Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.
