• Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, Central line blood draw, Central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IVs

• Weekend REQ: Every other weekend

• Is On-Call REQ?: No

• Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas

• Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

-If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).
