Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Direct Observation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Patient Types / Common Diagnosis: Bedded outpatient surgical, Total knee and hips, ENT, Chole Medical observation: syncope, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, generalized weakness, TIA & dizziness

Patient Population: Postoperative surgical populations

RTO: Outside of holidays; requires facility approval

Candidates will float within hospital when needed
