Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
1 year of experience must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Guarantee: 36 hours per week
Weekend Coverage/Rotation (i.e. every other, every 3rd): Every other weekend
Holiday Coverage/Rotation: Holidays filled
LPNs can be utilized instead
