Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Oncology Unit experience.

Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

ONS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Must have two (2) years’ practice experience as a nurse in the acute care and/or ambulatory care setting

Required Credentials: The incumbent with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.

Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Provider Card

Unit / Facility Details: Hospital rental property very limited

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm
