Travel Nurse (RN) - Neurologic Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience caring for Neuro Trauma and post Neuro-surgery patients.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience caring for post Alteplase and/or post Thrombectomy patients. Experience caring for post neurosurgical patients with external ventricular drains.

Types of Patients on Unit: Provides multidisciplinary care to a variety of patients while specializing in caring for Neuro ICU patients including: ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, neurologic tumors, seizure, etc. In addition to our large neuro population, we also care for general Medical ICU patients which encompasses all types of general medical disease processes, including DKA, sepsis, and respiratory. Out goal is the provision of clinical excellence and exceptional customer service in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.

Unit/Facility Details: The Roseview ICU is an 18 bed.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirements: None. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts. Eve + Day = 1 holiday.
