Requirements
Experience
12 months of acute care experience.
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Mississippi license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
Unit/Facility Details: Facility has approved the use of a truncated requirement checklist to facilitate the soonest possible start date.
Shift & Scheduling: Days (7a-7p with alternating weekends) 3/2 split meaning 4 shifts one week, 3 the next, OT after 48 weekly.
