Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

License

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam.

Preferred Credentials: BSN.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float within the hospital as needed, especially ED holding.

Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
