Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials:

Must Pass EKG Exam
Driver's License/State ID
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 hour shifts with varying start and end times between 0600-1630 - 4 days a week M-F; Call: based on department needs - currently at average of 1 or 2 weekdays and every 4th weekend (starting Friday-Sunday). Holidays rotating with regular staff as needed

Floating Requirements: may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
