Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 48 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

NRP (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: At least four years of Level III NICU experience.

Required Credentials: NRP Advanced certification.

Unit/Facility Details: Level II/III NICU

Shift & Scheduling: Wth weekends and holidays.

Floating Requirements:

• Must be willing to float to other Women’s Services Units as needed (typically to Mother/Baby).

• Flexibility to work at another THR hospital within 30 miles if census is low, per contract.
