Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Unit and facility details: Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend - Sat/Sun are weekend shifts for both Days or Nights. They are required to work 2 Fridays per schedule. Most staff group their Friday with their weekend shifts, working Fri/Sat/Sun to get it out of the way.
- Holidays Work into the perm staff holiday rotation.
Floating Requirements: Only floating would be to other MedSurg units.
