Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Pediatric Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Required Skills and Experience: Pediatric experience required

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Unit and Facility Details: Outpatient PT for Pediatrics and Neuro population. This position completes both evaluation and treatment as well as supervision of support staff (PTA.) This position works closely with the multidisciplinary team including co-treatment if indicated.
