Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license

Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Skills/Experience: ICP experience required.
Shift & Scheduling: Start date: 2/2; 2/19
Floating Requirements: Traveler float first per the unit contract. Staffing is evaluated every 4 hours, if census is low on assigned unit, T may be floated up to 3x per shift.
