24 months of Endoscopy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Additional Details:

Endoscopy Procedure Tech (Manamana Campus/Oahu)

Call 1x/week and 1 weekend/month

Shift: Day/Evening

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Current GTS (GI Technical Specialist) certification by SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates).

Two years experience as an Endoscopic Procedure Technician, preferably in a comparable medical center (500+ bed quarternary medical center; Level 1 trauma)

• Experience to demonstrate basic knowledge of aseptic technique.

• Experience in cleaning and disinfection of instruments/scopes preferred.

Compliance--all elements of compliance must be completed and uploaded to Medefis VMS portal 10 or more days in advance of start date. Failure to do so will delay start date with no change to end date (shorter contract)
