Additional Details:
Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
No oncall required
Weekends: Rotating—4 weekend shifts per month
Patient Ratios – assignments are based on volume, not number of patients for RT—about 35-40 per shift
Must have: Adult respiratory experience in an acute care setting
Preferred or nice to have: Adult critical care experience/ICU, ED
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Standard RT procedures (Nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gasses, ventilator management, inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, transporting with mechanical ventilation within the hospital—for example to CT/MRI)
