Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

CCU/ICU

Required Credentials: AACN, Associate Degree or Certificate

Unit/Facility Details:

-Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds

-Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6

Special Requests: Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Shift & Scheduling:

-Variables day and nights

-On Call/Call Back Requirements: Travelers may be put on call during low census unbillable hours

-Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed. Float to Rhinelander, Eagle River and Tomahawk.
