Previous Employment Requirements:
-Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
-If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
-Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Required Skills/Experience: RN's must be able to read strips in conjunction with the telemetry monitor techs that continuously monitor strips
Types of Patients on Unit: Typical MedSurg population. Chest Pain, COPD, AMS, Pneumonia, UTI, Abdominal Pain, Overflow for most services, hospice (will 'flip' patients to GIP Hospice on 7 West)
Unit/Facility Details: 32 Total Beds (12 are Stepdown & 20 are 'Floor')
Shift & Scheduling:
-Weekend Requirement: 2 Weekends per schedule
-Holiday Requirement: Work into the perm staff holiday schedule
Floating Requirements: Can be pulled to any floor or stepdown unit
