Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Pediatric Infusion Center experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Pediatrics Home-Infusion
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent infusion skills including placement of PIVs from newborn through young adult;
- High tech skill- care and use of Central Venous Access Devices including PICCs, Infusaports, and Hickman.
- Experience in administering infusions such as IVIG, Remicade, Entyvio;
- Pediatric experience working in an infusion suite/clinic (Minimal 3yrs), ED, or PICU.
- Must be able to provide skilled evaluation, treatment & care for pediatric patients (newborn through young adults) in accordance with the State of MD & DC Nursing scope of practice.
Unit and Facility details
- Work location is specific to: PG or Montgomery County; ; MD and DC RN License; housing PG County or Montgomery County
- Tolls and parking will be reimbursed.
