Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Patient Population: Pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general patient population.
Education:
Earned degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00, occasional weekend coverage for inpatient/swing bed evaluations.
