Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)
CCC-SLP (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Acute Care Rehab - Speech Language Pathologist.
SLP - CCC Hybrid
Will work between CRMC Main, and Belmont.
SLP Able to independently complete MBS and FEES
8 treatments/ 8 Hr Shift
