Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Float Medical/Surgical/Rehab 5th Floor

Shift & Scheduling: (Every other, up to every 3rd weekend) -Start Date: 10/13 Preferred; No later than 10/20 -Holidays: Holiday rotation (Must be available for at least 2 holiday or eve shifts) -On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Floating: Will float throughout Med/Surg and Rehab units at ThedaCare Neenah; May float to all ThedaCare facilities as needed (Primarily TC Appleton)

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Primary Cases: Medical/Surgical, Rehab, Required; Experience with Pre-post Cath & post pacemaker strongly preferred; Pediatric patients (rare)
