Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Infusion Center experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license

ONS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Infusion Experience - Highly Preferred, can consider ICU/ED
ONS/ONCC Certification - Required
