Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 22 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Option of 36 or 48hrs. Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule. Block Scheduling: Case by case

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience preferred

Types of Patients on Unit: Cardiac - post cardiac procedure / surgery, drips (non titrating). Mixed medical - renal, respiratory. MS overflow.

Required Credentials: Required: Drivers License/State ID. BLS ACLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute
