Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 24 months.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 2+ years current Inpatient/Acute Occupational Therapy experience
Experience in a Critical Access hospital
Unit / Facility Details: This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Special Requests: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Travel pairs will not be considered
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
